Please follow these guidelines carefully when preparing your abstract

Authors are invited to submit the abstract(s) for oral or poster presentation via email to aua.ahs.chula2025@gmail.com

Format Requirements
File: MS Word (.doc or .docx)
Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
Spacing: 1.5
Title: Up to 20 words
Language: English
Word count: Max 300 words

  • Indicate the names and affiliations of all authors
  • Indicate which author is the main/corresponding author with contact email address & telephone number
  • Abstracts can be structured or unstructured (with or without headings: Background/Introduction, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion)
  • Include 3-5 Keywords separated by commas (e.g., Keyword 1, Keyword 2, Keyword 3)
  • Maximum word count: 300 words (excluding title and names/affiliations)

Note: Oral presentation slots are limited and will be selected through peer review. Unsuccessful oral presentation applications will be given the opportunity to change to poster presentation.
Guidelines for Presentation
Oral Presentation
Presentation date: May 14 (Thu) 13:30-15:15
  • Onsite presentation is required.
  • The presentation language must be English.
  • The slides should be prepared in MS PowerPoint format (.pptx) with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • Each presenter will be given 15 minutes in total. This will comprise a 10-minute presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
Poster Presentation
Posting period: May 14 (Thu) 09:00-16:00 to May 15 (Fri) 09:00-16:00
Presentation date: May 15 (Fri) 11:00-12:00
Recommended poster size: A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm). Oversized posters cannot be accommodated.
  • Suggested parts of poster include: Title, Authors and Affiliations, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions, References, Acknowledgments, Contact Information.
  • Additional detail and poster template will be sent to the presenter upon notification of abstract acceptance.

Peer Review Process

All abstracts will be subjected to peer review and originality checking by the organizing committee.

Acceptance Notification

Acceptance notifications will be sent via email after review by the organizing committee.

Ethical Approval

Authors are responsible for ensuring appropriate ethical approval for studies involving human or animal subjects.
